Many patients report a reduction in pain after their first few spinal decompression treatments.

On the other hand, it make take several sessions before patients experience a noticeable remission of symptoms.

Does research prove the effectiveness of spinal decompression?

More than 30 research articles support up to +80% effectiveness with even the toughest of cases.

And now even other countries are using it as the "go-to" treatment worldwide for bulging and herniated discs, sciatica, arm and leg numbness and pain and degenerative disc disease.

What spine specialists use spinal decompression?

More that 7,000 neurosurgeons, physical therapists, medical doctors and chiropractors have added spinal decompression over the last 10 years to their practices. Best of all, now you can do it without leaving your home with expert guidance! No doctor appointments, no parking problems, no being late for appointments, no getting stuck in traffic, and not having to get in and out of your car if you are in pain.

Will a home-based course really help with my spine condition?

Yes...In most spinal cases, 88 % of our clients have good to excellent pain relief in 12 weeks.

Is it safe to perform decompression therapy at home?

Home based spinal decompression is very safe. Please look at the contraindications . If you do not fall into those, spinal decompression is an excellent therapy for reducing your spinal pain when performed properly.

How long will it take to see results?

With herniated and degenerated discs, the escaped nucleus pulposus may be partially retraced back into the disc after just the first session (though it usually takes longer), relieving a great deal of pain.

Is spinal decompression an effective long-term solution for patients with herniated discs, degenerated discs, sciatica, and chronic neck and back pain?

Yes, spinal decompression can be an effective long-term solution for many patients suffering from herniated discs, degenerated discs, sciatica, and chronic neck and back pain. Many individuals experience significant pain relief and improved mobility as a result of this non-invasive therapy. By gently stretching the spine, spinal decompression helps to relieve pressure on the affected discs and nerves, promoting healing and reducing pain. While results can vary from person to person, many patients find lasting relief and a better quality of life with consistent treatment and adherence to a comprehensive care plan.

Is spinal decompression effective without drugs, pills, shots, surgery, physical therapy and chiropractic?

Yes... It is no surprise that when researchers started compiling the evidence that spinal decompression had a 80+% success rate long term, not just temporarily, that doctors from the Mayo clinic and John Hopkins started recommending it to their patients BEFORE surgery or injections.

Does pain reduction mean I'm fully recovered?

Although we want to help you reduce as much pain as possible or even eliminate it, most people will need to complete as many as 24-36 treatment sessions. Older or more severe injuries may require even more sessions. This may seem like a lot of treatments, but non-surgical spinal decompression is working with your back as it heals, and that is a process that cannot be rushed.

Can I still do decompression therapy if I have had previous back surgery?

The straight answer is yes with the following exceptions:You have surgical hardware in the area to be treated (titanium rods or fusion cages). You have a recent vertebral fracture less than 6 months old.You have had a back surgery WITHOUT any hardware that is six months or newer

How soon will I feel better?

Many patients report a reduction of pain after their first few spinal decompression therapies. Although this is a wonderful sign that spinal decompression is working, the healing process is not finished and you should complete your full schedule of therapies.
